Lilli Pilli is near my grandparents’ home above Wimbie Beach. Last summer I walked along the cliff edge from Wimbie Beach to Lilli Pilli. This other-worldly painting captures how the landscape sung to me, showcasing its beauty and its relationship to the human condition. It could be above the water or below, depending on how it is perceived.
