06 | Contemplation in Florence | Nunzio Miano | $2800 | Oil on Italian linen. Painted in Florence, Italy.

Created during my Florence residency, this abstract self-portrait redefines beauty not as an ideal, but as an intimate internal process. Facing an unresolved horizon, the lone figure captures a quiet, vulnerable dialogue with the canvas. Each paint stroke shares a journey of perseverance and longing, finding a profound breakthrough in friction.
