04 | Sandstone Reflections | Lyn Bartolo | $3200 | Watercolour

While walking in Sydney, I was struck by the warm sandstone against the moody reflections in the windows of Challis House. The contrast felt very human to me. The brightness we show on the surface versus the shadows we carry within. Sandstone Reflections is a reminder that darkness doesn’t take away from beauty, sometimes it helps us see it.
